Happy November! With the pumpkin craze still going strong, I thought the best way to get back into writing would be to share tasty pumpkin recipes with you. The funny thing about my obsession with pumpkins is that I do not really like the flavor of pumpkin, except for classic pumpkin pie. It is the general obsession with pumpkin that intrigues me. It brings joy and excitement to others and I love being a part of that. So, pumpkin lovers, this post is just for you! It includes several simple & healthy pumpkin recipes that you are sure to love.

In addition to blogging, I work as an Independent Representative with Wildtree. I recently promoted to Team Leader and, because of the timing of my promotion, earned a FREE trip to Rhode Island to tour Home Office and meet our founder, Leslie Montie. I am super excited to witness firsthand where our amazing blends are born.

Before I joined the Wildtree family, I thought pumpkin was only used for flavoring coffee and desserts. However, I quickly learned pumpkin is used in many recipes, even in savory dishes. A great feature of the Wildtree website is that you can search recipes by product, meal type or ingredients.
